General information
SAS Cargo Group A/S was established in June 2001 as an independent subsidiary to Scandinavian Airlines System and is fully owned by SAS Group.
SAS Cargo Group A/S is the mother company of SAS Cargo Denmark A/S, SAS Cargo Norway AS and SAS Cargo Sweden AB managing sales and operations in the three countries.

SAS Cargo is managed by a matrix organization. On the one hand all operational matters and the day-to-day business are managed by a cross-country functional organization. On the other hand, legal, accounting and employer matters are based on the company structure of SAS Cargo and are subject to the laws of Denmark, Norway and Sweden respectively consolidated in the holding company - SAS Cargo Group A/S.
In both cases SAS Cargo Group A/S manages all activities of SAS Cargo through the Central Management Team (CMT).
