West Air Sweden AB's head office is in Gothenburg, a city famous for it's busy port and in modern times central to the operation of many globally successful businesses. The functions of management, administration, recruiting and personnel, accounting and sales and marketing are carried out here.

Regional Hovby Airport, situated outside the lakeside town of Lidkoping, is home to the fleet and West Air's Technical and Operations departments. Through this geographically central location the 9 Hawker Siddley 748's and 8 ATP's are rotated. Both routine maintenance and the extensive modification work, for which the company has gained a prestigious reputation, are undertaken here.

An already spacious and modern hangar has been enlarged to house new workshops, an expansive parts store. West Air fulfils all it's technical requirements "in-house", from avionics to sheet metal work.

Operational efficiency and technical reliability are key to the successful growth of the business but of paramount importance is safety. It is safety that has highest priority in all company decision making processes.
