Summit Logistics Services, Inc. was founded in May of 2000 and is headquartered in Knoxville, TN.

The principals are Scott Batey, President, and Bill Hatfield, Vice-President and CFO. Scott and Bill represent a combined 25 years in transportation operations and accounting and finance respectively.

The company operates exclusively as a third-party provider of dedicated contract carriage and logistics services to manufacturers in North America. Summit currently operates 150 vehicles in 13 fleet locations across the country.
