Cyber Freight Amsterdam

Cyber Freight Amsterdam (CFA) is located at Schiphol-airport. Attached to the office is a (bonded) warehouse, in which we are able to offer fast and value added service to the ever demanding airfreight shipments. By means of the slot-loading system, set up by our carriers handling agencies, we can guarantee smooth transfer from the carrier to our own (bonded) warehouse in a short period of time. At that point we check the shipments for quality and quantity. Customs examination is done by our own people, which makes coordination easy and excludes the risk of theft during or after the process of examination.
Our team works innovative and flexible. Without being perfect our staff feels commitment and tolerance are foundations within our organization.

For export we maintain the same high level of attention. In this situation it is Cyber Freight staff monitoring your valuable product all the way to the final destination. Our people are aware of the fact how crucial some procedures are for importing at the other end. Also export shipments in general are handled via our own warehouse and the people actually preparing the paperwork will have a look at the shipments before departing. This enables our team to arrange last minute inspection prior to deliver "ready for carriage" at the carriers warehouse. Our Sagitta-export program is connected straight with customs and therefore offers maximum service for customs release.


Ocean Freight

Cyber Freight Rotterdam B.V. (CFR) takes good care of your ocean freight Forwarding from the city of Ridderkerk, located right at the port of Rotterdam. To our opinion air and ocean freight are closely related. Using state of the art software programs and highly motivated people. Support from the shipping lines in combination with strong support from our customers have enabled Cyber Freight to offer ocean freight service to where it stands today. Our yearly returning Cyber Freight Calendar, showing 4 months, is designed by the suggestions of our ocean freight customers.

Ocean Freight needs more time and requires a different way of planning. From the basis there won't change much during the ocean freight process, but also here we need a good partner. Pro-active shipping and close monitoring all the way are important, just in case things do change during transport by sea. Based on the dynamic airfreight Forwarding concept, we were lucky to hire those people currently doing that excellent job at Ridderkerk.Each of them is open to suggestions, are keeping their eyes and ears open for the best solution in the best interest of the customer. Keep the customer informed on the status of his product, every minute, our customers cannot afford 4 people sitting, waiting at the dock for a delayed container!

We believe in the presence of having our facility in the port of Rotterdam. Therefore operation is physically present in the port office, but part of the administration and sales is handled from our Schiphol office.

Cyber Freight International Companies are capable of offering this type of service at any time. Our Company at Schiphol does arranges small scale distribution via the integrators, as well as our airfreight people regulary advise our customers to use this type of service via the Cyber Freight contract with the integrators. If integrator service is preferable to airfreight service, why continue to convince people airfreight is better? or the otherway around!

If we talk about large-size shipments, we strongly advise airfreight service via the network. As a Forwarder we are free to choose our carrier, if one carrier has left, we can take the carrier leaving first available and do not need to fill our OWN planes. Larger size shipments can be moved via airfreight in different type of service-levels e.g., consolidated, priority or anything requested.

Our partners take care of inhouse custom-brokerage, each has specific experience in custom clearing with its own rules and regulations. Tariff-codes, Certificates of origin (CVO), preference, temporary imports and (ATA)-Garnets is daily business, while integrators usually outsource this service to the local-brokers.

Warehouse Cross-dock

Cyber Freight International is able to offer cross-dock service or arrange warehousing. All warehouse locations are owned and controlled by Cyber Freight, both in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Our facilities have security systems and procedures. We can store your general cargo or valuable cargo. The warehouses can be heated during winter times.
It is possible to re-label, pick & pack, re-pack or repair during the transportation period. We aim to offer a fast and efficient moving additional service in full control. By means of new techniques such as digital-camera's, e-mail and the use of internet we can visualize our service more to our customers, which enables our clients to get the feeling we
(as partners) are in control of their investment. Our status system, named Redberry, will contribute to monitor every step on the way.

Our staff is trained and experienced to check every piece and re-stack your cartons as per requirement. Labels (especially scanning labels) are turned to the outside and cargo is checked upon its condition. Our philosophy is to do it right from the start, which will reduce problems at the end of the chain. The Dutch customs-system is designed for transit cargo and therefore I would like to remind you to use Amsterdam airport and Rotterdam port for your cargo to other European destinations. Czech, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Latvia and many others can better be served from this end, until direct routes for freight are in place to those destinations. Due to large volumes of transit cargo, many means of transport and just as many frequencies departing for European destinations, the transfer cost are relatively low compared to other major cities. Project Cargo

Cyber Freight International B.V. is expanding its service range with project-cargo! The broad experience our employees have with this type of service allows Cyber Freight to assign and train specific staff-members for this purpose. Mr. Arjan Blankestein has picked up the challenge to develop this service more and will supervise all future projects in his capacity of project-manager.

Arjan does not only have experience as a Forwarder, but also used to work for an airline. Therefore he knows exactly what specifics are needed to load an airplane physically and what types of preparations are to be made. (Dimensions, paperwork, customs and communicaton). Our flat organization structure allows Arjan to take decisions and responsibility at crucial points.

The agent network named Logistic International NetworK ( = L.I.N.K.), together with our American partner, Lynden in the lead for projects, creates perfect circumstances to support projects all over the world. Airfreight, ocean freight and combinations of both, together with tools such as a (customs) warehouse, packing equipment, forklifts, digital weighing scales etc. Guarantee a smooth handling of project cargo at all times.

Cyber Freight has moved and handled various projects with good result. Our people moved large size project cargo by air and ocean, but also handled smaller type of projects for important customers of Cyber Freight. For example pick up of promotion material at the factory abroad and deliveries meeting deadlines for promotion or exhibitions.
We have delivered last minute manufactured special VIP tickets to the great (Arena) football stadium in Amsterdam and even to the Barcelona football stadium.

A customer in the Netherlands has requested pick up in Mainland China. Packing, shipping by air of a huge machine, for delivery on board a vessel arriving and staying only a few hours in the port of Los Angeles USA. Together with our partner we managed to deliver on time and keep our Dutch customer fully updated on every step of the way until the proof of delivery arrives, signed together with name, date and time and place. Our invoice is simple from Cyber Freight to the Dutch customer and as agreed according pre-calculation.

Cyber Freight was in the newspapers, showing off with the big assignment we have been awarded to by Wijsmuller Salvage. Close to Hodeida port (Yemen) was a vessel in need, almost breaking in two parts. Wijsmuller needed equipment and crew within hours to salvage the ship and its valuable cargo, but these things happen only on Sunday. Both Cyber Freight and Wijsmuller succeeded in fulfilling the operation within short time and make it another successful adventure.

The completing of the construction of a (fuel) cracker installation in Malaysia required our air and ocean freight services, together with the full co-ordination for pick-ups from various suppliers from throughout Europe. Cyber Freight stored, re-packed and moved in total about 380.000 kgs of freight within three months.
Our teams used charters, part charters and regular liners to move all this cargo efficiently. Crucial in this situation is to contact and visit all suppliers in person and make them feel confident, show the suppliers they can rely on our service. Customers rely on our status-feed-back of every detail moved. To our people it is a second nature to keep everybody informed, they know from experience that it makes suppliers and consignees feel better and more at ease. Knowing were your cargo is!

We have delivered special constructed containers on-site in Venezuela, containing sensitive and expensive measuring equipment. Our customer was sincerely impressed and told our people so. Another big compliment for the team!

Annually we have a fair estimate to rely on about 25 projects of different size and time frame. This information is what it makes interesting to continue to focus more on Project-Cargo! Which means we need to anticipate and train more people to be able to handle this type of business in the best way for our customers. We need to be in a position to assign a responsible person to the required project instantly. Arjan is capable of controlling more than one assignment at the same time, by using the latest communication systems which he has available and off course with the support of the other team-members at Cyber Freight International. Aerospace Total Logistics
Cyber Freight stations each have a secured bonded Warehouse System. Office and Warehouse are always attached. It enables us to store and handle your valuable and time sensitive cargo immediately. Our teams work from 07.00 am untill 19.00 pm in three shifts, overlapping the world time gaps. Our warehouse (including bonded) and therefore your precious cargo is within reach for shipping 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Trained and experienced staff will drive down to the airport or pick up your freight first at the vendor, if their facility is close to the airport, within fifteen minutes. Paperwork is prepared, customs is arranged, packing requirements can be met and your pre-alert by e-mail is sent out via ADSL-scanning, even before the shipment has actually left.

The same Cyber Freight employee will deliver your urgent spare parts to the carrier himself and will continue to go home and from there monitor your cargo every step on his home computer. If changes occur, he will notify you and the receiving agent prior to landing at destination either by phone or e-mail. For some of our customers we collect freight in our (bonded)warehouse and keep a short term stock control by means of a stocklist simply prepared in Excel (sheet), which is available anytime and anywhere you wish.

Cyber Freight people are trained to check serial numbers or other identification marks. Cyber Freight staff does not simply accept a package, they are always alert and will notice anything out of the ordinary prior to shipping. One can only rely on oneself is our motto!
