Project Forwarding

Namma Cargo Services provides worldwide warehouse-to-warehouse air and ocean project freight forwarding services from any worldwide location to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Each shipment is monitored down to the individual purchase order line item, allowing complete control and 24-hour tracking through POLEP (Purchase Order Logistics Expediting Program), from issuance until final delivery at project site. Marshalling and consolidation services are available from all major gateways. Consolidation services include receipt, inspection, marking, handling, documentation and shipping.

Namma provides in-Kingdom liaison with the various Government agencies and Ministries for obtaining permits, licenses and duty exemptions. Our worldwide partners fully understand the complex requirements of moving freight into Saudi Arabia and the methodology of document preparations for project materials being imported on duty exempt basis.

Namma provide full administrative support for the acquisition of customs duty exemption approved for project material being imported into Saudi Arabia. The in-house developed POLEP program will keep track of the exact quantity of project material consumption through various entry ports of Saudi Arabia.
