Amptown Cases

Amptown Cases have been engaged in manufacturing and developing cases for over a quarter of a century for a range of equipment. From computers and test equipment to F1 race cars, equipment and engines and from audio visual equipment to musical instruments and stage equipment for some of the best known artists touring our planet.

During this time, Amptown's dedicated team have established Europe's leading case production facilities, gaining an enviable reputation whilst trading on every continent for quality and service with an array of 'blue chip' companies, governments and organisations.

During 1990 production was converted to CNC machining, which along with ongoing investment continues to provide today's high standard. A long-standing and versatile case production team assures the high level of quality control to which Amptown cases owes its reputation.

The pan-European distribution network was further strengthened in 1999 when John O'Neill and Richard Wilmer teamed up with the Amptown headquarters in Hamburg to open a UK office.

This office has seen an ever increasing UK and overseas list of clients, not only for production of custom built cases but also with the case rental service.

Over the years, developments like the ABS.-Shock Mounted Racks, the Transflex2 road trunk, our unique Rigrax - the flying rack system and our latest SiP-Series lighting and plasma screen cases with their moulded foam rubber inserts, have been seen as industry standards in high quality case technology and design.

Whilst price list are available for many of our products, due to the huge range of equipment types and diversity of industries that use our cases for protection, it is not possible to list them all here on our website.

Making price lists even harder for example are video monitors, LCD, plasma screens, computers etc, with a vast and ever changing range of models. To help pricing, we keep records of the make and model (and our CNC machining programs) of all cases produced in the past.
