Many case companies talk about their knowledge of the ATA 300 Category I specification but few companies actually work on writing the revision of the specification. Jan-Al Cases is actually involved at The Airline Transport Association. The Airline Transport Association (ATA) does not approve or certify any case or case company. The ATA 300 Cat I is written for the airlines for packaging their spare airplane parts. Jan-Al builds to that spec and we are happy to discuss it , just ask for a description.
