Module assembly - We assemble approximately two hundred export modules daily with around twenty different configurations. These modules are used for the shipment of brake assembles to the USA in ISO shipping containers.

Total Quality Service - Watson Automotive offers a Total Quality Service including our Quality Manager, who is responsible for all facets of quality assurance. Proactive visits to your customers' production lines look to identify and solve potential issues before they arise. When containment is required, we inspect stock in our warehouse and on your customers' lines and supply detailed written reports.

Washing of returnable packaging such as vacuum-formed trays and tote bins are washed for reuse in our industrial washing area.

Stuffing and destuffing 20" and 40' ISO containers for local and overseas destinations.

Despatch and transport / freight to end user via scheduled or unscheduled pickup / delivery arrangements.

Consulting and design of packaging materials and / or systems.

Manufacture of packaging materials for a variety of applications, including total development from concept to supply.
